Dear Staff:I needed to replace a rotted macrame plant hanger that had lasted over 30 years, but I was looking for one that would be sturdier and would last forever. This item was beautiful looking, and although it came in a size that was a bit large for indoor hanging, I ordered it because it looked sturdy, as well. When it arrived, it looked beautiful in person, too. However, it was difficult to fill with potting soil because of the rounded bottom of the copper liner. Once the soil and plant were encased in the copper liner, it was hard to lift into the hanging wrought iron outer holder. As soon as the liner was settled into the outer iron portion, the oak armature attached to the wall on which the plant had previously resided for over 30 years, fell to the floor. I now have to find a stronger armature to hold this product and locate a better place to hang it. This has turned into a much bigger project than I had ever anticipated. When I have time, I will return this product and hope for a refund.[...]
