I have had alot of Luck with Hay Needle, but was disappointed in this item. The shipping box was in Great condition on arrival, but the piece itself was broken (had to have been noticed by those packing, and quality was a bit cheap. I will say that Hay needle Customer Service whould receive 5 stars.
