one nut and bolt was so hard to get apart that i had to use an electric saw to take it apart. they should have come in a separate bag so you could put it together yourself.

ome screw was machine screwed so tight that i had to use a small electric saw to get it off otherwise i had it together in less than10 minutes.

The rack is nice enough. BUT, instead of having the screws packaged together in a plastic bag, they were machined into one side piece so tight, it was impossible for me to loosen them to assemble the rack. I used a screwdriver, then a pliers held with both hands. No luck. I'm going to have to pay a handyman to come in to get the screws out and assemble the piece. I was just at [@] and could have bought one just as nice and brought it home already put together.

This Baker's Rack is what I had hoped for and I am very delighted with it. It does fit snugly against the corner, yet with its narrowing top allows for easy access to light switches. I had hoped that there would be two slate shelves so that it would evenly alternate but it's still great. It went together very quickly, is extremely sturdy and the slate matches so well with our slate coffee table and entertainment console. Another plus, it arrived in just about a week.

I use the corner stand to display plants - I love the shelf that is slate. The piece is very functional and adorable.
